Richard Harris (Artist)
Richard was asked by Mike to become the new artist on Dip and he went on to produce the artwork for more 20th century issues than anyone else.
As you will see, over the years Richard's work progresses by leaps and bounds, which became very popular amongst the other APA contributors, not least with Robbie Sutton who would eventually replace Richard.
Richard eventually left because he wisely wanted to give priority to his exams, nevertheless Richard recently looked back on the art he drew during his fan days and reflected that he did his best work on the Dip strip. This is something which made Mike feel rather chuffed about.
Even though Richard is only involved on the periphery of fandom nowadays, his work and he himself are still fondly remembered and rightly so.
